Parent Teacher Conferences

Early Childhood, K-5  Fall Conferences

Fall 2024 Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences will be held for Young Explorers and K-5 students October 16th and 17th

K-5 Teachers will be available for 20-minute individual conferences. Young Explorers teachers will be available for 10-minute individual conferences. 

Conferences are set up in blocks of in-person and virtual conferences.  The scheduling window will be open from Friday, October 4 at 7 p.m. to Friday, October 14th at 7 p.m. Schedule your appointment based on your preference for in-person or virtual during the blocks indicated below:

K-5 Teachers
  • Wednesday, October 16th  
    • 4:30-6:30 PM In-Person
    • 6:30-7:30 PM Zoom
  • Thursday, October 17th 
    • 1:00-3:00 PM Zoom
    • 3:00-8:00 PM In-Person (dinner 1 hour)
Young Explorers Teachers
  • Wednesday, October 16th  
    • 4:30-6:30 PM In-Person
    • 6:30-7:30 PM Zoom
  • Thursday, October 17th
    • 12:30-2:30 PM Zoom
    • 2:30-7:30 PM In-Person (dinner 1 hour)

 If you need to change between an in-person and a virtual conference after you have made your appointment, please contact the teacher to make any schedule adjustments. Please keep in mind that last-minute changes disrupt the conference experience for both teachers and parents.

If you do not have Internet access at home, you may go to your child's school and use a computer to register. 

Sign Up For Conferences

  1. To log into the system, go to Pick-A-Time, Use the student number and password emailed to you from Lisa Brown lbrown@northbrook28.net on October 1.

  2. Create an account with your e-mail address and a password of your choice.  Please note that parents who have scheduled elementary conferences using this system may already have an account.

  3. Once your account is created, you will select whether you would like an In-Person Conference or Virtual Conference. 

  4.  Use your child’s student ID number and password to schedule your conferences.
