What is the Rebecca Caudill Award?
The Rebecca Caudill Young Readers' Book Award is an annual award given to the author of the book voted most outstanding by students in grades four through eight in participating Illinois schools. The award is named in honor of Rebecca Caudill who lived and wrote in Urbana, Illinois, for nearly 50 years.
*Who can participate?
Anyone in Grades 4 or 5.
* How many books do I need to read/listen to in order to vote?
Students need to read or listen to at least 3 books in order to vote. (But why stop at 3??)
